Supposed to have VIP - dont see all VIP features

Ive revised my review - and Ill give the app 3-4 stars, but their customer service 2 stars max. This was a fairly expensive system, comparable to LoJack in price, but the add-ons and their costs make this a very expensive system in the long run.

As for the app, once they reset my account (which I had to argue with the CS agent to get them to do it) it does what it says it will do.
